According to the man narrating this video, the dead child’s name was Mohamed Khaled Salim and he was allegedly killed during a bombardment in the countryside outside of Syria’s capital Damascus. But of course, one needs to take anything these hired actors say on camera with a grain of salt.
The child appears to have taken a powerful blow to the head. It blasted his brain out of the skull, deformed his face and left him with creepy eye wide open.
